Kings fall raid

I want to get a kings fall raid going eventually, so we need to take time and start planning it out. Do our research and prepare for when we decide to set this thing in motion. I want it to be fun , and for a handful of us it will be a learning experience. But as the clan leader I believe in trial by fire.... feel free to give me some feed back.
