Add PSN Friends via Group Wall
Post your PSN ID's to the Group Wall and add the PSN ID's of the clan mates who post there. This will give you a roster of OPA clan mates as potential fireteam members when in game (Pressing "Triangle" while in Orbit). I looks like clan tags have been switched on for the second half of the BETA so you can now see the clan affiliations of other gamers when you scroll over their name.

PS. Put "OPA" in the description part of your friend request so they know who the hell you are.
UPDATE!! Never mind, OPA apparently has outgrown the wall and Maxed out the line limit. A PSN ID Repository will be started in the Clan Forum!!
