Wow. I cannot believe people are ignorant enough to purchase stuff like this. Beyond just playing the game and learning where to aim without your reticule (which isn't hard) try this instead:
Grab printer paper, tear out small circle, moisten back of paper dot, aim, stick to screen at center of reticule. It really is not difficult to use your brain.
Beyond not spending 30 dollars, paper won't f' up your TV, you wont waste energy or a USB slot, and you wont have a dumb ass cord hanging from your screen.

Most LCD screens have water permeable top layer diffuser sheets with water soluble adhesive beneath. This is TERRIBLE advice as it can leave a permanent discoloration and damages the adhesive layer.

Figured people would know enough about their own TV's to weed out what is advisable or not. Not everyone owns an LCD screen. The only screen I would EVER put that suction cup near is an old CRT monitor and nothing else.

Agreed on the CRT thing. I find that people are generally trusting though and if you tell them something is ok, they'll believe it. Also, very few people are aware of the topsheet permeability and water soluble adhesive beneath. There's just no reason most people WOULD know that. I only do because I used to make HD projectors with them as a hobby.

:D I hear ya, awesome that you used to make HD projectors though!
