No HoW Raid

Agreed. I'll wait for the thing to drop, but I've gone from "getting excitable because it's getting close" to "time to find a new game" overnight. I don't understand why Bungie bothered gathering (and releasing) a whole bunch of metrics that showed how players were playing. The data they released specifically showed that only a small proportion of people were playing PvP. Yet the entire focus of this DLC appears to be PvP. Right from the off this seems to be a game and developer completely disconnected with its community. Literally the only thing of interest is the ability to upgrade existing legendaries. So presumably I'll be able to level my Vision of Confluence to 365, or whatever the new limit will be. But if there's no content left that I want to play, what's the point?! One new strike isn't going to cut it. I was looking to House of Wolves to correct some of the mistakes made in the Crota DLC, and win back the hardcore community, large numbers of whom appear to be at least somewhat disillusioned with Destiny, even if they've not quite reached the point of stopping playing. Last night's announcement appears to be a step in the wrong direction. Such a pity. Fingers crossed that further announcements improve the outlook, but maybe it's almost time to de-camp this community to somewhere game/developer agnostic?
