Wears a black and white flexible body suit with a mask. But one night she found was out on a walk coming home from work when she hear something out of the ordinary. A high pitch screech it didn't sound like a person bit she walked into the alley that the noise originated from. As she walked into the alley she tripped and fell into a puddle or at least that's what she though it was until it started to move and crawl onto her morphing to her skin eventually encasing her entire body. Once the black substance had taken hold it explained to her that it's name was called Screech and that it had taken her as it's host. Chloe would have resisted the creature but it made her feel powerful and strong. After a while she learned how to use the symbiote and fight she soon started to like having the symbiote around until she eventually became addicted to it and using it to the point where she rarely took it off. She believes that she can make the world safer for others but kills her foes without sorrow or remorse. With the help of Aaron Smith and Bell tower security's science division she was able to remove the symbiotic parasite but retain her enhanced abilities. The cause of her keeping her abilities is that through extended exposure to the alien symbiote her DNA was mutated.
