Lets talk 310 weapons and 310 Armour

Every man and his dog knows King's Fall Raid has these. But There are other ways of getting 310 light gear. I'm thinking Black Spindle. Black Spindle is a mision where only a door will open When you do it on Hard. Some in DOGS say it needs to be a Daily for the door to open others say you can get Black Spindle anytime. Question Is there more ways to get other 310 light level gear without Raiding? Please share what it is and How you got it. Thank You.
