Is anyone else TERRIBLE at crucible?
Ive never been any good at pvp, indeed the only game I was any good at was MW3, and even then I was above average at best.
Played my first crucible tonight for, what 9 months, KD of .14
Awesome. Why are some so good at it? Its just aim and shoot ffs.

Edited by Rezin Iscariot: 9/11/2015 2:58:54 PMI've done REALLY well, and done REALLY REALLY bad. I've been as high as 16/0 and low as .1. I've got 30 kills, I've got 1 kill. I played for a few hours last night to try to get the hang of the new maps. Started off terrible, but by the end I was getting 14 or 15 kills and K/D wasn't bad... The last match though, .1 with ONE kill. I think part of my improvement was I upped my controller sensitivity. I was playing at a 2. I upped it to 4. I also found a short range weapon that I really really really like. It's a 3 burst shot gun that I got for my elder cypher. It was owning the tunnels, but out in the open it's rubbish. A big part of it is finding what works for you. What you [i]enjoy[/i] doing may not be what you are best at. I find that I'm a pretty good sniper. But I don't necessarily enjoy being a sniper as it is boring. I also prefer to play control. I find I get killed a lot when I'm capping zones by myself because my team thinks its a clash match. If I had the self control to not rush into zones alone and stick with the weapons I'm good at, I would probably be a much better player as far as ratio goes. But it's not as much fun.... I care about K/D very little, but it does matter a bit I suppose... I know I'm happy when I do really well at least.

I think for me I have just as many good games as I do bad. My k/d has taken a beating over the last couple days with the new maps. I honestly don't mind. I can handle a few losses or being at the bottom of the score board as long as I'm with good company.

1 ReplyTook me like 20 games to reach a 1.0 kd... damn im rusty, i was trying to figure out why i wasnt doing much damage and getting 2 shotted. Apparently super damage and health has something to do with light so maximum gear and weapon stat matters. Kinda sux that power advantage disabled is a lie when it comes to which weapons and health bar etc. That thorn is still op wtf.
