Quests Before the taken king and XP
What happens to the XP when you do quests now ? I know a lot of people seem to be doing them now but does that then mean you won't get the benefit of levelling up with that XP or will it auto add on Tuesday upon release ?
I've had conflicting info on this .

I've got my max level characters on hold til next week. Started a hunter so I'm just running him through the story to level him up.

read on the forums that if we complete the quests now we are getting screwed out of some rewards, thats nice to know.

That is correct lv cap is locked at 34 atm so xp would only benefit un upgraded armor and weapons

Ya I saw the xp was only reward so I am not doing the quest till next week. I did the vangaurd sub class quests because I want to get the new warlock bond even though I can wear it yet. Lol

What I've seen so far xp is going to whatever faction you are with.
