17 gig update for year two

I paid for Taken King and Downloaded it ages ago. But my xbox is telling me today it is downloading all destiny again pluse Taken King. Bungie forum news says the big download is not the Taken King but it is a Year two game update. More like a Year two compleat install. The only other game that had a big update like this was the zombie game Deadrising 3 with a 60 gig update in the first year of xbox. Now l am sitting around all day waiting and doing housework just to pass the time. I can understand redownloading the whole destiny again for year two but why the hell do I need to downl9ad Taken King again when I never even played the bloody dlc. The update say the game is ready to play but l am not going to slow down the bandwidth that's just a stuipid option to make the download larger. Thats my rant on this...
