Winner: Iz Kennell zI Answer: Radian Clocker Clue 1 refers to Venus and the public event "prevent vex sacrifices" Clue 2: light recedes during the start of a public event, and if you persist then you accept the offer of the public event Clue #3: The Radian Clocker looks like a regular Hydra, but has WAY more health. Clue #4: Vex Hydras have a grimoire card that calls them a fortress, and "Clocker" (a reference to time) is in the name Clue #5 Many guardians have completed the public event, protected the conflux against the onslaught of Vex, and faced and killed the Radian Clocker Only by chance may you find me, amidst the trees, stones, and glowing beams. If light has receded, and you persist, I shall try my best to discourage your team.  I am but a duplicate of so many others, yet my shell contains much much more.  My name is part time and I am a mystery, as well as a fortress in war.
