This is a nice idea but you have to specify how it stacks and for how long because I can see this thing two shotting in pvp. Still an awesome idea.

Also, i always err on the side of fun, and starting overpowered. If you start strong, you can nerf precisely. If you start weak, you have to buff with far less info because no one is using the gun. Wish Bungie thought the same thing.

Say, ten percent boost per stack, up to three stacks. Stacks decay one by one after 5 seconds without precision kills. I feel like you could play with accuracy and stability to help with overpowered issues in pvp
