Its easy to get 32 honestly. Anyone can just get the armor, even noobs and level it up while having no experience in the vault raid.

Not just noobs. I've been playing since day one and have very few vog clears. It's very very hard to get into a team as someone inexperienced. However Crota raid is still new, it's acceptable to be inexperienced. I've done that far more times.
