Clearly you are a dumb-blam!-. 're read the OP. Talks about Templar as well. And the point of my post is that they don't teleport during Templar. So not only did you restate what I said, but did it under the ignorance of not reading the OP fully. Good job. You earn the medal for being a New kind of stupid.

Its a lot easier to learn relic during Templar is why he mentions that the 30-32s needs to learn it. You have more time wielding it
