Badger CCL - Best Scout Rifle
Got it from Legendary engram, perks are "precision kills drastically increase reload speed" and "ADS increases effective Range". This thing has wonderfully balanced stats and reloads SO quickly. I haven't maxed it yet, but does anyone else have any personal experience or input with this rifle?

8 RepliesEdited by zmach1: 2/9/2015 1:12:08 AMCan't get it or Another NiTC with Firefly. I actually like Another NiTC better, but both are solid scout rifles. My current favorite is the almost machine gun like B-Line Trauma (firefly, Who's Next, and armor piercing rounds).
