I've gone through that experience this week too.
I was helping my nooby friend do hard VoG. We had 4 32's, 31 and a 29... Couldn't even get it done because they couldn't stay alive or shoot the Oracles in time.
My guess is, most 31's and 32's got carried or cheese their way to lvl 32. It doesn't really take skill to get to 32 anyways.

Im gona be honest with you. During the 3 first week, I've had NO one to play with. And knowing that the forum is not the best place to find a raid team I had no choice but to cheese the 2st part of the crota end raid. For crota I've cheesed him with the connection trick back then. But when I finaly got a full team (as me and my friend where only 3) we did not have any difficulty. Destiny is a grinding game, soo why not grind faster!?
