SSJ Retribution

Black hammer

Does the black hammer have the hive disruptor? I just maxed it out and it still says i can upgrade it further... the box around the weapon isn't gold like its maxed but i have 331 damage on it and still says Y to upgrade

Yes but it was disabled because it didn't work well with the White Nail perk.
