Congrats! I also had some luck this week. Ran Nightfall with my primary character and was awarded... 11 ascendant shards! :|
The RNG owed me for that, I guess, because when I completed Nightfall with my second character, boom, Gjallarhorn. Been playing since launch, and this is the last major weapon I wanted. Beautiful!
