They probably assume that you're a squeaker and that's probably why they kick you. (Or that happened to me a few times) I got used to the fact that whenever someone is talking to me they refer to me as a he/him, but only friends correct them saying I'm a girl because after awhile you don't really care because since when does gender decide how good you are.
