I would disagree, I have a maxed armamentarium in the vault since I realized the value of Saint 14. An extra grenade is great, but blind enemies = longer life. For PVP, armamentarium is most likely better but that's not where I spend my time. The team value in PVE is really fun, I love the melee pit that ensues once my teammates see the enemy blindly wandering through my strategically placed bubble.

RUIN WINGS are the best Titan Exotic, Helm of Saint-14 looks cool, but it's ability is really only useful in Crota's End raid on the easy parts Bridge/Deathsingers. The real kicker on this helmet is it has guaranteed INT and Inverse Shadow.

For a Defender, yes. But the best Striker helm is The Helm of Inmost Light

Yep absolutely although Ruin Wings are pretty damn good also.
