You obviously have an eye for pinpoint accuracy.
Have you ever done non-photo realism? Anything from your mind or surrealism?
As an artist myself one day I got bored with photo realism because there wasn't much room for creativity, although I don't think I was as good at it as you.

I did this really interesting hand drawing when I was in high school where each finger (except for the middle) morphed into something at the end. The pointer into M&Ms, the thumb into a faucet filling up the bottom of the page with water, the ring finger into a BIC pen, and the pinky into a sort of slime that melded into and made up the background. It was very well received. Oh, and thank you for your compliments by the way!
