Gotta try it on steak. Do you cook with it or just pour on top like sauce? I put syrup in my oatmeal, bacon too or as a replacement for sugar sometimes. Eh.

If done both with the steak but cooking I've just done the maple extract of flavoring not the real syrup also it's really good if you make some dessert bannock
