Yes but I thought that Bungie has some immunity to Activision. I guess I was wrong. Bungie feels more like Activision with every news update. I am starting to get the feeling that DeeJ is like a Mafia Lawyer, trying to defend them, knowing full well the kind of dirty rotten stuff they are doing.
