Why don't you go delete all your content and then dl it? It was brought in patches over the course of a couple months. There was far more than you realized that you had to download. Yes, the mapping was there for the most part as it takes a lot less time to create the basic structure, the added details to it and the mechanics of the doors and all however need coded in to be working. The size does not tell the functionality or the content. A map takes much more info than telling a gun how to shoot or a character how to walk. But a map alone gives you nothing. It's only scenery. And that, that is all your disk contained. At most a very broken system inside that would do nothing for you.
