Exotic Fusion rifle
Has a deliberate steampunk look, with three glass jars on top that light up in succession when trigger is pulled. The gun is polished bronze and sparks at the tip with a constant flow of electricity.
First column: Arc Damage;
Continuous Stream- This weapon fires automatically.
Heavy metal- this weapon is used in the heavy weapon slot
Second column: Accurized ballistics, cqb balistics, smart drift control
Third column- Crowd control
Fourth column- snapshot, single point sling, Field scout
Exotic perk- Zero point stream- this weapon will chain to other enemies at half damage of close to primary target. Chance of explosion on death.
*note* If its not clear, its a heavy fusion rifle that fires a bolt of lightning constantly. The perk causes the bolt to chain to other nearby enemies.

Hey mind if I use your exotic in a new post? I'm doing another Exotic Maker with some new ideas and I wanted to include some of the community's ideas.

This sounds like a great idea. I had a similar one where a sniper rifle was in the heavy's slot. It's a one shot sniper I like to call Odin's Toothpick. You start off with a base 4 rounds with 1 bullet in a clip. The exotic perk is Overcharge which gives you the ability to charge each shot to do more damage.
