Perhaps. But in all truth, there's ways to check the validity of images if you really needed to know. But really.. a person's sex means nothing in the grand scheme of the internet anyway. If someone wants to be male or female, or even a literate chimp from the Congo.. they can be for all I care. I'll play along. Doesn't matter.
