Edited. Now that it's fixed and you can think properly, I'd love for you to stay on topic and not dodge the point. This is a video game where a little chunk of metal can resurrect you for no apparent reason and where men in robes can launch massively destructive bombs, and where you can summon a vehicle beneath your feet and speed off. I see no need for realism when it comes to traveling to various planets.
