Anyone thinking that it would still be good if you could do this when the oasis or whatever the next pvp thing is called is coming out is just plain stupid. To the OPs edit 3. Their is no reliable way to counter this without taking a golden gun to the face before you get pretty much any of the so called "counters" off.

So you're saying in a pvp game with guns you can be at risk of taking a shot from one? Oh no fxcking way. ... shocker ? Here's another Oh so in pvp we don't already have 1 shot kill guns called umm.. I forget .. oh yea... fusion rifles which near mimic a fxcking golden gun anyway?

Fusion rifles can be strafed and countered. A GG can whiff right by your head and still kill. Destiny mechanics for ya.... But in either case, nobody on the other team had the slightest idea to try and flank to break the bubbles. That one warlock tried twice, but failed both times. If one guy can get that close, i don't see why 2-3 can't surround and overwhelm them.

I have a video of me taking on a full fireteam in skirmish 3-1 with FR's. I just sidestep the moment theirs are about to fully charge and they miss the whole blast, since most FR's the blast moves vertically. When i find it I'll post it.

I've done that a few times myself, but i tend to use the environment to my advantage. As soon as i hear it, i start running around in circles around corners and pillars, screaming like a school child, lol. But once it's gone, I come charging right back, lol. Just imagine some Benny Hill music playing in the background while this is happening, lol
