Yea, good luck spraying and praying with that small of a magazine. It's that exact reason that TLW went from the most sought after weapon in the game to virtually no one using it and going back to SUROS.

People do it all the time re watch the video. He fires 6 rounds in an instant. Takes 3 to kill a person. I own a last word. It's so cheap I refuse to use it.
