I like the idea. It's different from the conventional usage of weapons as fusion rifles and shotguns are normally the only things being hip fired. Zen moment and hip fire are perfect for this. A fast reload speed is needed. The perk is nice but sounds like it's basically a duel wielding last word. One thing that bugged me, I'm assuming their the same hand cannons. Why an odd number of rounds?

Thanks for the feedback :) the number of rounds bcuz... Reasons Lol idek I just think it should b a large mag because missing can be common with hip firing. I believe a fast reload speed is good, I also forgot to include full auto maybe? Idk might be too OP. Thanks again for feed back ad get my idea, and everyone else's good ideas out there :)

No problem. It's a good idea The odd number just confused me because I'm assuming that the magazine size is both of the combined so an odd size would imply that they both have half a bullet.
