Have fun trying to put enough damage on Crota without tracking launchers.
-shoots rocket.
-misses Crota.
-sword guy gets whacked because not enough damage was dealt.
GG time for a wipe.

our first win we used heavy machine guns...no rockets
-
WAIT WAIT... So you can miss a non-moving target? Are you serious?
-
I take it you haven't played CE enough to know Crota does move around a lot.
-
Before he goes down, he does move quite a bit. If you are playing from the windowledge, the rocket travels some time (enough for crota to strafe a step). You really need to aim at his feet to make sure at least the splashdamage will get to him.
-
You're using a Rocket Launcher wrong then, broham.
-
Explain how I'm using my Gjallarhorn wrong?
-
You never shoot a rocket directly at an enemy. You shoot the floor beneath him. That is how you make any Rocket Launcher - tracking or not - effective.
-
uh...
-
Have you learned nothing from literally any arena shooter that uses Rocket Launchers?
-
Arena shooter? Whatever that is.
-
And this is where I leave the conversation because I'm afraid of the gamers of this generation.

Edited by AyyLmao: 2/4/2015 1:02:30 AM"this generation" I was born in the early 90's stupid. Don't get mad at me because I fail to recognize your shitty arena shooters. I wasn't born in the 70's or 80's like you and btw since you're proclaiming you're this old I think you need a new hobby.
-
Gaming is a hobby, why would I change it? I'm a 90's kid too. Arena Shooters like Unreal Tournament 2004 and Quake. came out in the 2000's. The fact that you don't know what it is kills me a little inside. I wouldn't be surprised though; with the vast amounts of CoD and Battlefield, it's hard to find any good shooters out there. You don't even have to have knowledge about Arena Shooters to know it's common sense to shoot a rocket at the feet for maximum blast radius. Unless your Rocket proximity detonates.
-
My first shooter games weren't shitty unreal tournament or quake. In fact I didn't play an fps type game until about 2008 when I first got my ps3.

Clearly.
