Exotic Maker. Perk Maker. Sublcass Maker

Edit 7/25: For people having trouble with ideas, here's two themes that may help. Theme #1 Class specific exotics: in the taken king, we're suppose to be getting some. Let's see what you guys can come up with. Theme #2 Toxotics: this is basically an exotic with an amazing perk but it is also hurts you somehow. Not really doing a competition because I'm very inconsistent. Edit 7/24: Glad to see we're getting some traffic going again. I've decided to change what this forum is about. I want it to be a creation outlet for everyone to share their ideas, not just for exotic gear. Hopefully you guys like the change. I'll try and include some examples. Edit 6/11: Wow, I'm surprised that people actually want this forum to stay alive. I'm sorry for being silent for so long so I've responded to a couple of posts. I'll try and respond to anyone else that adds something. Also I'm going to look for the list of exotics that I have from the last competition. I'll post it when I find it. Gunslinger [spoiler]Name: Jester's Will Type: exotic hunter helm Description: Don't fall prey to the tricks of a mad jester. You will regret it. Design: a normal hunter helmet with a white smiling mask surrounds the front of the helmet. Attributes: Strength Upgrades: melee attack speed, orbs regen melee energy Exotic upgrade: Dancing Joker- the gunslingers throwing knife leaves a dancing after image of the guardian on the spot that it is thrown and lasts 8 seconds. In pve, they take aggro from enemies. In pvp they show up on the radar as enemies.[/spoiler] Striker [spoiler]Name: Rulers Helm Type: Titan helmet Description: When faced against the will of a king, one must ask, "How do I repent?" Design: Golden helm with a crown melted into the top. Attributes: Intellect Upgrades: Grenades give more super energy, killing minions of the darkness grant more super energy Exotic Upgrade: Monarch's Wrath- Fist of havoc does more damage and kills with your super grant the titan an armor of light that lasts 5 seconds.[/spoiler] Void walker [spoiler]Name: Abyss Gravity Type: warlock helm Description: Return to me... Design: a grey warlock helm with small void particles surrounding it. Attributes: Intellect, discipline Upgrades: melee hits replenish grenade energy, more super energy from genade kills Exotic Upgrade: Abyss Gravity- vortex grenades and nova bomb have an increased radius for their damaging fields. They also have a strong singularity effect that pulls people in its radius to the the center. [/spoiler] Sun singer [spoiler]Name: Flight of Hermes Type: Warlock boots Description: True freedom is only known to the sky's. Design: Navy blue pants with large golden wings on the outer left and right side of the feet. Attributes: Discipline Upgrades: heavy ammo, speed reload primaries Exotic upgrade: Flight-extends the duration of angel of light. Grants a speed boost and better control while airborne.[/spoiler] Defender [spoiler]Name: Dynamo Luminescent Type: Titan chest Description: Bring forth the light. Design: A dark blue armor piece with an orb of light inside the chest and two small ones on both shoulders. Attributes: Intellect, Discipline Upgrades: bonus special ammo, reload speed for pulse rifles Exotic upgrade: Light Giver-Gift of light(orb gens with force barrier kills), gift of the void(damage to ward dawn gens orbs), and iron harvest(chance for orbs with heavy kills) are free perks. Description: Design: Attributes:intellect Upgrades: Exotic Upgrade: Nightcrawler-gain a blink slide and sliding gives a chance to go invisible[/spoiler] I love to hear feedback about my own stuff as well Some more of my ideas. Design: boxing gloves Attributes: strength Upgrades: melee speed, grenade hits give melee energy Exotic: gives striker storm fist a stun ability as well as a knock back effect. [/spoiler] [spoiler]Name: Breacher's Gauntlets Type: hunter gauntlets Description: Knock Knock.... Design: bullets up and down the sleeves with grenades around the shoulder Attributes: Discipline Upgrades:orbs replenish health, melee replenishes grenade energy Exotic upgrade: Specialist- Doubles the amount of clusters from Swarm and Skip grenades.     Fear factor -a batman referance Warlock helmet Description: a helmet that looks just like scarecrows mask of the new game Bonus: intalect Perks: more ammo for shotguns, orbs of light give health, the super replenishes your special ammo Exotic perk: worst nightmare; in pvp if you use your special melee on someone the lose their special ammo /in pve if you use your special melee on an enemy it gives heavy ammo

    • Captain ahab, hand cannon(s) "Its an obsession" Whaling style for looks - nets and seaweed and whatever on them 2 hand cannons one on right has 100% accuracy but only one round per mag - a harpoon that drags the enemy to you or until it hits an obstacle but does no damage to start off, left one works like a shotgun (low range high damage) idea is you pull your target in then shotgun them or at the very least pull them out of a good position Exotic perk allows harpoon to do nomrmal hand cannon non precision damage but is incapable of getting precision damage (Sorry its not specific I cant remember normal perks for hand cannons)

      This one is gonna be a reference to borderlands 2. Goes well with blade dancer. Exotic helm Name: Zer0 Description: Seems from another place/For someone like you/With a similar fight style. (Thanks to SB109 for the hikue) Looks: fairly similar to Zero ' s helm Attributes: strength and discipline Level tree: orb replenisher armor melee attack speed increase by 50% (or so) and exotic purpose then armor ups. Exotic purpose: when blade dancer is activated gain of invisibility and hologram is deployed. Give a major dash upgrade and each kill a new hologram is deployed and new invisibility. Hologram and invisibility only last for six seconds (does not pair with any perks for blade dancer) PvE: agros the enemy gives time to move. PvP: distraction for team mates and sneaky kills for capture points. If you guys don't like it tell me what to change.

Exotic perk: daring action: when you have low health your agility and armor gain a boost.

Design: A bull pup Khvostov with iron sights and a magazine shaped like an infinity symbol. Has Japanese characters inscribed on the sides. Rate of Fire: 100 Impact:1 Range:35 Stability:15 Reload:1 Initial Upgrades: The Patriot-Weapon never uses ammunition and never needs to reload. (This goes where Ice Breaker's "No Backpack" perk goes.) Zen Moment: Weapon grows more accurate with each hit. Fitted Stock:Increased stability. Explosive Rounds: Weapon fires Explosive Rounds (Only Auto Rifle with this Attribute). Send It: Increased Range. Exotic Upgrade:The Snake: Weapon fires Armor-Piercing Rounds and fires faster the longer it is fired. The "thrill" part of the description refers to the MGS3 theme. Japanese characters refer to the Infinity face paint. Design of weapon is roughly the Patriot. Infinite ammo like the Patriot. (Explosive Rounds would proc for each enemy hit with Armor Piercing rounds.) Would this be OP if implemented? The high RoF archetype isn't exactly powerful in the first place, however with infinite ammo AND Explosive Rounds AND a Fire Rate increase AND Armor Piercing Rounds is lowering the impact from 2 to 1 enough to balance it but make it feel powerful? Let me know what improvements you'd have for it. :)

This may seem OP but with the right mag size, you would need to land all the shots to take advAntage of the ability if any were missed you would miss out due to having to reload.

Special weapon fires low impact rockets, covering an area with damage rather than annihilating a target. Heavy weapon fires the Hyper Beam, a large continuous laser that deals devastating amounts of damage (only one shot can be stored at a time.                       A new shotgun called: Cerberus' Twin Element:Solar Impact:High Range:Medium ROF:Medium Stability:Low Reload:Fast Mag size:6 Upgrades: Full auto Shot Package or Light Weight or Perfect Balance Lucifer's pet:Getting a kill with one mag instantly reloads all weapons increases damage to all majors for the renewed mag and this also heals you Looks:3 barrel shotgun. Loaded like the blundergat from BO2. Each barrel has a flaming dog head. Has a buttstock. Beginning of the barrel has a spiked collar around it. The rest of the shotgun is covered in a magma looking substance. Sight is like the invective's but seeable and (I am not a Satanist im a proud Methodist) a star looking reticule. Description: "Crafted from the hands of an enlightened Hunter who lost himself in the wild not for adventure, but to be one with nature." Design: A beautifully crafted Lyre with many different bird species carved or forged into the arms. Same color scheme as Polar Oak. Attributes: This is an instrument, not a weapon, so it has no basic stats. Initial Upgrades (Only one can be active at a time): [i]Song of the Cardinals[/i]: When played, Songbird's Lyre improves the Recovery of your allies. [i]Song of the Warblers[/i]: When played, Songbird's Lyre improves the Agility of your allies. [i]Song of the Mockingbird[/i]: When played, Songbird's Lyre improves the Armor of your allies. Exotic Upgrade: [i]Song of the Forest[/i]. All Songs are active while Songbird's Lyre is played, and improves the benefits received by them. Design: Similar to the railgun design in halo 4 just bigger, bulkier and has wires of electricity wrapped around the barrel in a neat fashion. First upgrade: Kills increase reload speed Second upgrades: . hammer forged . single point sling . high calibre rounds Third upgrade: Rangefinder Exotic upgrade: X22 - kills with this gun have a chance to combust enemies into an arcbolt effect explosion which causes an area affect that jumps from enemy to enemy dealing significant damage (harms up to two nearby enemies.) What makes this gun unique is that it works like a fusion rifle: the weapon needs to be charged (1.5 seconds) then it fires a bolt of electricity that instantly kills from long range in PvP but in pve does major damage on ultras ect, kills minor enemies instantly (with rangefinder and/or hammer forged, the weapon kills/does major damage from any range.) shots move at the speed of a sniper bullet. Three bullets in magazine, slow reload speed. Makes a loud heavy "thump" when fired. Major recoil. What you peeps think?

                            • Nostalgia theme ~ Castlevania Lords of Shadow Name: Robes of the Equilibrium Type: Warlock Armour Description: "Darkness is bending the equilibrium of the universe, you have been selected to reset the balance." ~ Osiris. Design: Looks identical to Gabriels Brotherhood armour from the 1st Castlevania Lords of Shadow game. Attributes: Intellect 80 Initial upgrade: Health regenerates when orbs are picked up. Exotic upgrade: Equilibrium - Allies that walk through or stand within the annihilate radius are healed and their speed is increased. Enemies however, are slowed down and if they escape the radius they become susceptible to more damage (lasts 2.5 seconds) OP? Idk, what you think?

                              [b]Nostalgia Theme: Doom[/b] Name: [b]BFG 9000[/b] Type: Exotic Rocket Launcher Description: "[i]This, 'gun', is strong enough to annihilate the gargantuan Cyber Demon in a mere two or three shots.[/i]" Design: I can't really describe it, you have to look it up. Attributes: Charges rounds like Ice Breaker, but takes a much longer time to charge. Has a very large blast radius, mid velocity, decent stability. Max ammo capacity is 6. [Hidden perks, reduces charge time in PvP, increases charge time in PvE] Fires energy shots other than shells. Initial Upgrades: Increase Blast Radius. Increase Velocity. Exotic Upgrade: Leaves trace rays on impact which act like Vortex Grenades (like Dragons Breath, only with more Solar Flares). Kills with the vortex style rounds made left behind reduce the charge time of your next shot. Reduce the max ammo capacity to 2.

                            • [b]The Classic[/b] [i]A relic from the golden age, no one can quite figure out what it was originally used for.[/i] Nostalgia theme Exotic scout rifle Is a white and grey rifle with an NES controller set into either side and an N64 controller as part of the stock. Exotic perk: enemies hit are blinded (everything is pixelated) and can only single jump (with an old Mario jump sound of course)
