Water Transmutation User has the ability to turn anything they touch into water, often users with this ability are capable of breathing underwater or come equipped with some way to naturally survive sudden presences of water, such as turning a building into water and riding the resulting wave. Ability can be used on anything with physical mass, so bullets hitting the individual turn to water as well, though they still have the acceleration and speed they had before, just less mass so it inflicts less harm. Ability is exceptionally useful when turning an enemy's bladed weaponry to nothing more than water.
