It's only available at all times when you are that much better than your opponent. Your entire argument is based on skill. Against a team of skilled streamers they wouldn't be able to do that and furthermore, against a team also using the technique they wouldn't be able to sit there the entire game. any 2 skilled players could of popped those bubbles but you would need a good team effort to keep them from coming back up and finally, they are sitting ducks for snipers. The only threatening super from range is the golden gun with arachnid helmet. Awe poor community can't win a battle point blank with a shotgun or a fusion rifle so they scream "nerf it nerf it nerf it"
