when is a christmas noob no longer a Christmas noob?
Is it after their first raid?
Just to clarify I have had this game since release(a few weeks after) so I am not a Christmas noob.

I'd say after they can confidently handle themselves in a Hard VoG run and a Normal Crota run w/o getting carried by veterans.
