Not true, this op has a lvl 32 with rare and uncommon guns. If you are a veteran, you would be overflowing with legendary and exotic weapons spilling over to all of your toons.

It would be almost impossible to put in enough game hours to hit 32 but have no legendary gear. Obviously it's in his vault.

Hmmm. I see, I generally thought all 32s had a very good collection of exotic and legendary weapons and armor.
