Can reverse the effects of aging or damage giving the possibility of immortality, may require physical contact. Since many superpowers are said to be held within one's life-force, tidbits of supernatural powers may be brought along in addition, as well as dear memories. If an opponent's attack involves conjuring something, life-force is often considered the building material behind this, allowing the individual to absorb and use these attacks as an energy source no matter its current format, be it bone, muscle, air, fire, lazers, etc.
