Yes I suppose however I would venture to guess the company would have to show cause since I paid for the service of playing the game. If the company fails to show cause for a ban then this is essentially a case of theft.
If I pay money for something then I am entitled to my purchase. The entity earning money from me has an obligation to provide the agreed service. The "Terms of Agreement" go both ways.
This is also ignoring the fact that despite what the agreed "Terms of Agreement" are, the court system allows for actions to be taken when agreements are not enforced in good faith. This is why class action lawsuits are filed against companies even though those suing probably signed some type of agreement.
The original point was about language. Bungie's posted guidelines are all relevant to context and not words. To enforce a rule against specific vocabulary without clearly defining what vocabulary is unauthorized is bad business practice and is counter intuitive to establishing a prosperous community.
