You do realize that "obscene language" is not clearly defined in the community rules right? As long as my language is not written with intent to harass you or hurt you based on the defined guidance put forth by Bungie you cannot take action. Doing so COULD open you up to legal troubles and also is an infringement of 1st amendment rights. Until Bungie clearly establishes a list words that cannot be used on their servers then the language is relative to context and not the other way around. In other words: Bungie would be smart to never give you authority because you clearly do not demonstrate a robust understanding of the community rules or the requirements rules have in order to be successfully followed.
