Soloing Ir Yut with a warlock question

I'm trying to solo Ir Yut on normal mode with my lvl 32 hunter and I just can't do it, anytime I go to kill her I end up getting anihilated by her or by the mobs surrounding her or I'm just lacking time. Since it's starting to really piss me off I was thinking to get this done with my warlock, and I was wondering if you could revive yourself as a sunsinger after getting killed by the liturgy or if you couldn't. I guess not but I'd rather ask to be sure.

  • I solo it with my 32 hunter. Use bladedancer. I normally take the witches down with a fire type sniper. Shriekers each take 1 g-horn shot. Then I just go invisible and jump on a door in the crystal room. She usually starts her liturgy a little after an it only takes a couple g-horn shots and some shots from my primary abyss defiant.

  • Are you running into the room and on top of one of columns /doors? From there you should have 50/50 chance of the mobs shooting you to death. I strafe right to left and unload gally onto her. If she's not singing yet shoot the mobs then when she starts and she's standing still then snipe/rocket her.

    • Plan A) Sunbreakers + double Flare grenades + high discipline + any rocket launcher able to fire two or three times before reloading + Ice Breaker. 1-Run in and lure out the Wizards. 2-Snipe them (do your best to stunlock them by timing your headshots). 3-Run in and take out the Shriekers with two rockets + a few Ice Breaker shots each. 4-Take out minions that are wielding guns on the side that you went to second (most of the Knights will remain where you lured the first Wizard) up until the 30 seconds timer show up. Only target the sword Knights if you can't see any ranged minions on the side you went to second. 5-Run in, throw a Flare grenade under your feets and empty your Ice Breaker on the Deathsinger before switching to your heavy/primary. The Flare effect will keep the Thralls/Knights off you for a good amount of time. Plan B) Same as above, but replace Ice Breaker with Gjallarhorn (if you have that). You might need a primary Solar weapon (such as VoC) to take out Wizard if you can't carry plenty of Sniper ammo. Being able to keep those Knights/Thralls away while you finish off the boss really helps in this part, there's less pressure than if you also had to take them out in a hurry (wich often results in players dumping their grenades on the Deathsinger before jumping right next to the other side's minions, trying to beat her down in time).

      • You can jump to the room above her as a warlock and shoot her in the head without anything hitting you at all. Definitely a cheese though so of you're about doing it legit, standing on the door frames is your best bet.

        • You can revive after she kills you during her song. I'd recommend jumping in the door way up top of the room she's in, so the ads don't kill you, then revive and hit her as hard as you can with everything. I'll be honest though, unless you have some pretty maxed out weapons like a ghallajorn I don't know if you can do enough damage in time with one person. Especially if you're trying on hard mode...
