To be honest, I'm surprised the number isn't higher. I'm pretty sure a significant majority of British millennials are non-religious, but then again, America is known to be more religious anyway.

Opposite reaction: surprised the number is so high. The article is quick to label such people atheists, but it sounded like they simply did not affiliate with an organized religion. So is this perhaps disenchantment with scandal-ridden churches rather than disbelief in the afterlife?
