- Human sperm is human

- A spermatozoon is a human being

- Male masturbation is, at the very least, manslaughter

Any individual under the genus Homo is a human being.
Therefore an individual human sperm is a human being.

Edited by Bolt: 1/30/2015 12:00:54 AMI don't know what greater argument this is part of, so sorry if I'm giving ammo to a side I don't agree with, but this is a way I found to beat it via the overly-literal definition game: Homo (genus) The genus of [u]hominids[/u] that includes modern humans and species closely related to them. Hominid any of the modern or extinct [u]bipedal[/u] primates of the family Hominidae, including all species of the genera Homo and Australopithecus. While it may be possible to (correctly) define a sperm as a primate, I'm somewhat confident there's no correct way to define a sperm as bipedal.
