What distinguishes a human sperm from a human being?
human being - noun any individual of the genus Homo, especially a member of the species Homo sapiens.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spermatozoon#Humans The human sperm cell is the reproductive cell in males and will only survive in warm environments; once it leaves the male body the sperm's survival likelihood is reduced and it may die, thereby decreasing the total sperm quality. Sperm cells come in two types, "female" and "male". Sperm cells that give rise to female (XX) offspring after fertilization differ in that they carry an X-chromosome, while sperm cells that give rise to male (XY) offspring carry a Y-chromosome.
According to this: - Human sperm is human - Human sperm can exist on its own (a spermatozoon) - A spermatozoon is a human being - Laws referring to "human beings", such as murder, therefore apply to human sperm - Male masturbation is, at the very least, manslaughter Prove me wrong.
Sorry, Zion. It was a valid argument you didn't address.
Edit for those not seeing it: An individual human sperm is human. Any individual under the genus Homo is a human being. Therefore an individual human sperm is a human being.
