Dear god he is not trolling. (Or is he?) Well first off, this isn't astrophysics, it's common sense. Why is Mars red in all your textbooks and on the interwebs if it's covered in snow? You can even see Mars using a telescope on some occasions. There is not much water on Mars. I admit water on Mars has been confirmed (water too op, bungie pls nerf) but not enough to form large amounts of precipitation. Why do you think Mars expeditions have failed so many times? Because it's too "snowy?" No. Scientists have failed many times trying to reach Mars because it is too hot, and would melt the spacecraft or rover.
