Had to sit up for the first time after my back surgery when I was like 7. I had just woken up from the surgery and they wanted me to sit up so my nerves could wake up and I don't think I ever screamed so loud in my life. They cut my back open from my lower neck bone (a little bit above the shoulder blades) down to right above my tail bone to remove 5 lumbar bones. So for almost 2 months I dealt with the unbearable pain till it healed. Now I have a massive scar going right down the center of my spine.
