Daily Bulletin: Sweet Dreams

Last night I had some pretty insane dreams. Not unusual, necessarily, but there was something I thought I'd share. The sun was beating down in the middle of a clear California sky. It was the perfect weather to work on a tan. I raised myself up on one arm and watched as Carmen Electra stepped out of the pool and wrapped a towel around her shoulders, water droplets coursing down between her- Wait, no. Not that one. The sun was beating down, losing most of its warmth long before its rays touched the cold soil of Old Russia. I whipped around a corner on my EV-30 and came face-to-snout with a Dreg scouting party. I immediately braked and pulled back around before their wild plasma sprays had a chance to scratch my Tumbler's paint job. "Yo Butters, what's the hold up?" called a clan member as he sped up on his Sparrow. "Nothing big, just a few dregs," I replied, jumping off my own steel steed, "Nothing a rocket can't eliminate." Having safely stored my Sparrow in the grid, I switched to my sexy little exotic heavy and stepped out of cover just long enough to launch a tracking missile right into the center of the group. Two shrieks and one explosion later, said group was reduced to ashes and dust. "Come on, man. We've got some bounties to collect," my buddy said, clearly bored with my excursion. As I was turning away, my eye caught a green engram on the ground that I had previously taken for ammunition. I walked over and picked it up. Almost immediately, it began convulsing and convalescing into a solid object. Within a few seconds, I held in my hand an Uncommon Ghost Shell. I checked the stats: Agility+2, Recovery+5, Armor +4. I sighed and placed it in my inventory. My equipped Ghost's stats were higher, but I had an up-and-coming Titan who could use the power-up. I retrieved my Sparrow and shot off after my Fireteam, popping an Ollie as I bounced off a rock. So what do y'all think? Should these Ghost Shells be a thing, or is that too MMORPG? It seems like Destiny is reaching more toward a FPS genre, but I still think these would allow for some fantastic personalization options. Share your thoughts in the comments below. -GamingButterfly

 • I find it interesting that your dreaming about the game when all Ive had is sex dreams for the past 17 years. But i think Destiny needs to push more for the MMORPG. I would like it if you could change the voices up on the ghost kinda like in Titanfall. Maybe a bonus pick up radius with new ghosts or maybe you can fuse the ghosts you find with the one you have. But your right they need to do something with them.
