Petition: Change broken and useless Phantom Gift perk into *Phantom Gift* - Precision kills briefly blind surounding enemies
Let me know what you guys think? It would make a good crowd control weapon, and would also make some fatebringer users happy. I imagine a quick void flash on precision kills, the effect would last just for a short moment blidning all enemies in a small radius (similiar to Firefly).
