How much does it really hurt? Cuz it sounds less painful when your told about it in health, but knowing science, unpainful=sounds painful and vais versa.

It varies woman to woman, of course. But imagine your entire abdominal/pelvic area hurting so bad that you wish you could just tear your insides out and be done with them. Imagine waking up every morning for a week every month with cramps so bad you think you're giving birth. Oh, and having blood gush out of your vagina. That's fun. It's not that bad for everyone, but it can be.
