Uranus is a gas giant.
Mercury is not covered in lava.
Saturn's moons are not jumping distance from one another.

I think someone might have said this already but Destiny is in the future where anything is possible. Venus isn't covered in plant life is it?

There's a distinct and literally planet-sized difference between adjusting Venus's atmosphere (they call it Earth's sister planet for a reason) and changing the nature of matter under extreme gravity to give Uranus a habitable surface.
