So it seems that every week, the community gets either really upset, or really happy from Xûr's inventory. I do not believe his inventory should always give people exactly what they want. But he also shouldn't sell items of nearly no one's interest. Think about it like this, all items he sells could be sold equally. I don't see any reason why he should sell something twice in over month before he sells something even once.
I am in no way speaking just for myself. I can't count how many people are, and will be disappointed when they find out what Xur is selling today. Whoever made his inventory really wanted to disappoint whoever was looking forward to Xûr's arrival. I am speaking for the community here, not just myself.
On the weekend of Crota's End Hard Mode, many of us expected him to sell something even moderately useful to the events of the week. I strongly believe Xûr's inventory should be balanced, community based, and should be changed accordingly to the current week's events. For example, Xûr should definitely have sold Heavy Ammo Synths, Suros Regime, Red Death, or any armor that can regenerate health for the. Crota battle. This way, it correlates to what is happening within the universe of Destiny instead of seeming totally random. It seems as if whoever decides his inventory is RNG or just someone who doesn't want us to succeed with the Raid, making more people frustrated.
