I enjoyed picking up materials while doing bounties and always have more materials than I need. It was nice to use those extra materials to get crucible marks, since 4/5 venders use them. I was very disappointed to see this feature taken away! This was the only useful thing that could be done with extra materials. Now they are just rotting in my box. With my weapon parts.
