It's a shame he left. Blizzard knows how to retain and maintain their customers. Any company should know that customers run their jobs and catering for customers should be a priority. Destiny is an awesome game with so much potential to be a great mmo/fps game but the staff and decision making lacks. They are lazy. They got their money, they don't need to do anything now.

Agree except for the caveat that Joseph Staten wasn't a Blizzard employee. He was a Bungie one, lead writer for better than half the Halo franchise. :)
